Rebecca Paul

President & CEO, Tennessee Education Lottery

Rebecca Paul is a lottery industry veteran of over 30 years. She has served as Chief Executive of the Illinois, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee lotteries, and in three of those four states she led the startup. Her resume includes a long list of lottery industry, business, and civic accomplishments and honors.

 

Hargrove is a past President of NASPL, the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), and the International Association of State Lotteries, and she is currently serving in her second term as President of the World Lottery Association. She is also a member of the PGRI Lottery Industry Hall of Fame, and the founding Chair of the Women’s Initiative in Lottery Leadership.

 

She remains one of the most respected, experienced, and admired leaders in the lottery industry.
